Dr. Gubka received her doctor of physical therapy degree from the University of Minnesota. She completed an Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency and became a board certified specialist in both Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (OCS) and Sports Physical Therapy (SCS). Samantha completed an Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship in Sports Rehabilitation. She currently clinical faculty for MVP’s Orthopaedic Residency, clinical faculty for MVP’s Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Fellowship in Sports Rehabilitation, and adjunct faculty at University of Puget Sound. Samantha also serves on numerous committees through APTA that includes: ABPTRFE’s Credentialing Committee, ABPTRFE’s Program Services Committee and ABPTS’s Specialization Academy of Content Experts – Orthopaedic.

Stacy Soappman, PT, DSC, COMT, FAAOMPT

Stacy received her physical therapy degree from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI in 2001 and went on to receive her DScPT degree from Andrews University in 2011. Stacy received the designation of Ceritificed Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy (COMT) in 2009 and later completed her fellowship training through NAIOMT in 2011. She is currently a Clinical Fellowship Instructor and part of NAIOMT’s teaching faculty and also currently works in outpatient orthopedics in Knoxville, TN at Marino Therapy Center. She is also a fellowship and clinical residency instructor at Marino Therapy Center

Terry Pratt, PT, MS, COMT, FAAOMPT

Terry is a Clinical Manager at Greater Brunswick Physical Therapy in Brunswick, Maine. Terry earned his Master’s degree at Andrews University in Michigan, received his Orthopedic Certification in Manual Therapy through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy, and is affiliated with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.

Originally from Ontario, Canada, Terry has worked primarily as an orthopedic outpatient therapist across the United States. He has worked in Seattle, WA, Colorado and has most recently landed in Brunswick, Maine as a Physical Therapist and Clinical Manager at Greater Brunswick Physical Therapy. Terry earned his Master’s degree at Andrews University in Michigan, received his Orthopedic Certification in Manual Therapy through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy, and is affiliated with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Terry believes in providing personal care and connecting individually with his patients, focusing both on improving comfort and developing a practical exercise program to help restore function.

Joshua K. Renzi, PT, MPT, COMT, FAAOMPT

Josh focuses his clinical practice on osteopathic manual therapy and differential diagnosis and incorporates neuromuscular re-education as well as exercise prescription to form an individualized rehabilitation program for his patients. He enjoys problem solving “difficult cases”, especially when other treatment has failed.

Josh has been in practice in Baltimore since 1998 after earning his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, School of Medicine. He is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist. Josh serves as a consultant for local industry in the area of ergonomic modification and injury-prevention, and provides expert advice for local running groups and tri-athletes. Josh enjoys working with geriatric patients and athletes of all ages, especially those who share his interest in swimming, biking, running, golfing, weight lifting, and martial arts training. He is a competitive runner and tri-athlete.
